Bergell – climbing, hiking and cultureSmall but beautiful and authentic villages in untouched nature - welcome to Val Bregaglia. From all the villages in the municipality of Bregaglia, Castasegna to Maloja, small and large hikes can be undertaken on varied trails as well as high alpine tours. The imposing Albigna dam towers above Vicosoprano and is accessible by a small cableway. The cable car is especially popular with climbers, because in the Albigna area there are numerous exciting boulder blocks, climbing routes and the famous Fiamma to discover. Back down in the valley, one meets numerous cyclists on the Maloja Pass road, and next to the road, bikers' hearts beat faster on a rapid descent via the Maloja Express.
But recreation is certainly not neglected either. Numerous cultural exhibitions are worth a visit, and also a stop on a terrace in Soglio, for a piece of chestnut cake and a magnificent view of the mountains, should also be scheduled.
Jungfrau Region – unique and diverseWhether you are a summiteer, a trail runner, a skier or a mountain biker - Grindelwald offers exciting adventures in winter and in summer. The outdoor paradise in the Jungfrau Region in the heart of Switzerland is waiting to be discovered by you.
Grindelwald is considered an ideal trail-running area. Simple flow trails as well as technically demanding descents and crisp verticals, are all equally tempting. In winter the hiking trails also offer the best terrain for running.

Nendaz, surrounded by natureWhile, in winter, Nendaz is appreciated for its 400 km of ski runs in the heart of the 4 Vallées ski domain, during the summer our holiday destination attracts nature lovers, who enjoy the beautiful landscapes on foot, by mountain bike or simply via the gondolas!
Its eight bisses, former irrigation channels of which 6 still have water flowing within their banks, constitute very enjoyable shady waterside walks with very little variation in altitude. In total, 250 km of hiking trails are proposed between the old village, the mountain pastures, forests, rock fields, at mid and high altitude : enough to keep everybody happy!
Since summer 2020, beginner or advanced trail runners can also find what their looking for with fourteen trail running tracks throughout the region. Various levels of difficulty and lengths offering a wide choice of landscapes and above all breathtaking panoramic views!
Ticino – Your outdoor El Dorado with a southern flairTicino is the perfect place for all kinds of outdoor sports thanks to its mild climate. Here you will find everything your heart desires, from glaciers to palm trees. The climbing paradise south of the Alps:
With more than 80 climbing areas and a particularly favourable climate on the rocks, Ticino is a real paradise for sport climbers. Also, it’s one of the most interesting sites in the world for bouldering.
Ticino is also a canyoning hotspot – with fun and adventure guaranteed.
If you’re not one for rocks, ice and water, you can let loose on the over 140 km of cool single-tracks with your bike. And if you prefer a less strenuous type of sport you can always try your hand at SUP boarding or enjoy a long hike.
There is an outdoor sport for everyone in Ticino and they can be enjoyed all year round. Exotic and close by.
