Backyard

Although freeskier Nadine Wallner has been to Peru and Alaska for her skiing, this year she makes good on a plan she had for a while: Five freeride descents, 3,000 vertical meters, 29 kilometers - all in one day in the backyard of her home in Arlberg.

Nadine planned the project for years and waited for the perfect conditions – a blue day and the right snow conditions. Together with her mountain guide colleagues Yannick Glatthard and Dino Flatz, Nadine goes all out on steep climbs and even steeper descents – but even on a perfect day between Albonakopf (2,654 m) and Westliche Eisentalerspitze (2,710 m), not everything goes according to plan.

"Nadine Wallner is a force of nature, just like her backyard. A film made for the big screen in our opinion."
